While browsing the internet the other day, I stumbled across Doggysnaps. This is a site where pet owners can load their pets’ profiles, including favourite pics and pertinent info such as their fluffy children’s favourite activities, and personality type. You can also browse the site and become ‘friends’ with dogs you like, add dogs to your ‘kennel’ (network), and find old canine friends on the site. There are forums and polls to vote on dog-related trivia, and you can donate online treats and leave comments for dogs you like… much like the human version (Facebook). Doggysnaps is linked to the UK-based charity organisation Dogs Trust, so the feelgood factor is high while you and your pooch have fun interacting online. My daschund, Tabasco, loves it!
